its the piston cooling jets making that noise. Chrysler sent out an email stating what the noise is and that its not detrimental to the vehicle.

@remixskaterboy3 Yes. I like the Fact that the cold air from above comes from the hood scoop. And below, from the air inlets in the front bumper, that's how cold air gets to the motor. The hood fits down onto the black box to seal the hot air out. . Thanks for your input. Keep the Faith.
