These listings are still active as of approximately 23:41 PM pdt, as I now edit this description The Holland tractor has 1 bid, & shows (1 day 15 hours) left, as does the Deutz-Fahr Agrotron 260 MK3, also with one bid. The 2000 FENDT Favorit 714 Vario shows 15 hrs 35 minutes.

Robert Schifreen (security expert and author of Defeating the Hacker) said: "If eBay allows [these] tags within item descriptions, it would appear to me that they understand very little about the basic theory behind writing secure web-based applications."

Nigel Stanley, security practice leader at Bloor Research took no prisoners either. "eBay need a good kick up the backside for allowing such a vulnerability to persist on their site. The very nature of consumer auction sites means that many inexperienced and naïve users will be spending a lot of money on goods believing that they are safe and secure. If this was a two-bit outfit I may give them the benefit of the doubt, but eBay should know better."

ebay is busy helping ripping *everyone* off in case you haven't noticed. They help to fuel a $35 B illegal organized retail theft crime industry, which ebay actively lobbies AGAINST laws to combat the fraud, much of which uses them as the sole tool & vehicle. They profit greatly from fraud while consumers pick up the slack.

Your comment is ridiculous at face value. There have been innumerable instances where warnings/posts were pulled and users sanctioned, whereas the bogus fake listings were allowed to stay up for days! View recent documented examples on the ebaydirtylaundry channel, as well as "Ebay HACKED Massive Hack Attack 4js2 60K FAKE items Narrated" for the whopper!

Further, ebay policies allow anyone to sign up as many accounts as they wish.

Everyone is leaving.

The only ones still using E bay are the new sellers,

Thank you for pointing out how easy it is to get ripped off by useing e bay.

I am selling stuff on ebay, and I notice several way that I have been taken advantage of, already.

It says it will only change you if your item sells. And then charges weather or not.

There has been so many problem reported about E bay, now all the real buyers have gone somewhere else. All that is left are dealers that only bid if it is under one dollar.
