材料:花枝、 胡椒粉、鹽少許、一顆蛋黃、太白粉、椒鹽粉。

作法:蛋黃倒入處理好的花枝裡,依序加入小許的鹽和白胡椒粉,在將花枝手用抓勻,這時花枝表面會過於濕滑,待會要粘粉時會粘黏不住 ,所以這時加入一些太白粉手用抓勻 ;讓花枝表面增加黏稠度,之後就可以順利沾上粉,接下來將油鍋燒熱,油溫在160度以上180度左右,因為要酥炸所以油溫一定要高,將沾粉的花枝小心的丟入油鍋中油炸,完­成起鍋後放入盤中,在用些許的巴西里擺盤裝飾 ,另外準備一小碟椒鹽粉,這樣就完成美味的酥炸花枝。
