Bioshock Infinite - City In The Sky trailer - Eurogamer

The year is 1912 and Booker DeWitt is headed to the city of Columbia. A technological marvel amongst the clouds, Columbia holds a dark secret, and with it, a mysterious girl. Don't worry, if you watch the 2012 VGA trailer for Infinite you see Elizabeth in both outfits, so she'll probably change outfits throughout the game.

It's a separate world. It is, essentially, the real Bioshock 2, as Irrational Games had nothing to do with the other game. They never intended to go back to Rapture.
