I mainly brush my gum line, work on the teeth with a wood pic for most of that time (150 min) and yes, the more strokes (like a high speed electric brush) the more cleaning power.

@generatrix999 omfg.... u ppl don't rly understand how and why to brush ur teeth ... do u really think that it makes a difference if u brush ur teeth 380 billion times a week for 150 mins u will have cleaner and whiter teeth than twice a day - 14 times/ week for only a few mins ? then u watched this video for nothing...
