When did you make the trip? I'm planning a trip at the end of March (hopefully staying at Lodgepole Campground) and was wondering what the conditions will be like. Thanks.

We went in March. We couldn't go all the way up to Lodgepole because there was too much snow. It was an awesome trip though. One of the best places to hike in the winter...because of the low elevation.
