Problem with Roxio Game Capture (FIXED, READ DESCRIPTION)

Fixed! Read:

1. When opening the program, go to the record section.
2. Click Options, located in the taskbar.
3. Switch from whatever your option is, to NTSC_M.
4. It should be fixed. If not try exiting, then opening it again.
