Ah, very good point about Gebser's integral structure seeing through the linear, evolutionary picture painted (beautifully!) by Teilhard. It may just be that Teilhard was offering a phenomenology of the Son's birth/Cosmogenesis, while Gebser was offering a phenomenology of the Holy Spirit's fall and return to the Divine Ground/Origin through human history.
