It is not an "invisible magic man" up in the sky. "God" is the name we use to indicate an entity that created life as we know it. The purpose of Creation is to "harvest" the spirits that can choose love over hate, life over death, forgiveness and tolerance over cruelty and revenge. These are the "raw material" that will evolve and added into the substance of "God". One has not to call himself a believer to be selected, it's enough to have his heart filled with universal love.
