DIY: Removing the dividers in mac pro palettes

i like to remove the the divders in these palettes because that way you can hold almost double the amount of colours in one palettes. you do not have to do this if you dont want to and you do not have to do it the way i do. but i thought i would show you since someone asked how it is done.

does this work for the quads as well?

@tmar1995 it might work for the 4 pan refills, im not sure i dont own any but i would imagine they are the same style. if you are talking about the 4 pan quads that come built as quads where the colours are not removable, then no this technique wont work, but there is a different way to remove them that i have tried and has worked.

@theeasydiy so i just removed the divider from the pallete (the newer style of the quad, so the divider is a tad different and i was able to remove it, but it didnt have a magnetic strip at the bottom, it was connected to the divider, so i just put a magnetic sticker at the bottom.

would you be able to make a video on removing the ones from the palettes with the colours that arent removable? i have the palace pedigreed palette from the feline collection and i want to be able to take them out!

@tmar1995 cool! good to know you got it to work. If and when i get a new quad i can, but the only quad i had was the same one as you (palace pedigree) and i took them out and used the quad case as my 6th item to back2mac so i dont have one that i can show you on. BUT im thinking of getting the quad from the quite cute collection, so if i do then ill record that one when im taking them out.
