How to Apply Tinted Moisturizer to get a Luminous Glow! :)

A ton of you asked about what Tinted Moisturizer i use and how i apply it so it gives me that "glow" you guys always ask about! :)

I use shade "TAN" with this Tinted Moisturizer and it blends like a dreammmmm :)

@MIMI0HESSA it's not green, it's teal :) .. it's a Milani eyeliner, the Liquif'eye in Teal .. i think i put an e/s on top of it, but i don't remember what it was. there's a FOTD blogpost on my blog though if you want to check that out :)

Is it necessary to put on a primer before tinted moisturizer?

@bee445 i think so, only because TM can be very rich and i feel like it depends on your skin type .. i'm combo/oily in the summer, so i use a Primer to help it last longer since i'm more oily. In the winter, i'm combo/dry, so a primer isn't as necessary, but i use it anyway just to help it last longer throughout the day. :)
