    I have no idea what is wrong with your knees, and what is causing it. I am not in a position to give you that advice.

  • @TfwcTest Pointing feet forward in this position is very dangerous (that's how I got knee injury)-they ONLY should be pointing like in this vid, outwards.

  • I just want to make sure, in this exercise the knees aren't suppose to pass the toes like a leg lunge? dunno

  • I usually see people point their feet forward in this stance, are they supposed to be pointed out at the sides?

  • Feet in and feet out can both be bad or good depends on how you align your hips.
