  • Best line ever

Sam: You are not speaking the queen's english.

Spike: Why should I, she never speaks any of mine...there goes a knighthood.

    This guy's timing is impeccable.

  • "I didn't know you were Lithuanian."

  • "ggggaahhh! GAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!! ... It's shockproof!"

  • Sam: Where did that come from?! Sam: IT COMES FROM HONG KONG. xD

  • Leave the stage?! You didn't think I was gonna take it with me, do you?

  • @MrNinjaFish There's no actual audience. It's all staged to be like a live show, but it's not really a live show. Although, they did have people wanting to get tickets for it when it first aired. It's pretty creative, actually.

  • I remember Spike telling of the time when he was in India as a young boy and his British Army NCO father had caught him in the toilet doing what teenage boys do most. A reflective Spike told how his dad had shouted: "Stop that...You'll have thin children!"

  • @UTD111 actually if your going to be like that the Union Jack is only called that when it is on a ship or Tower Bridge in London. The Union Flag is the flag of the United Kingdom, Great Britain does not have a flag as it includes all the channel islands which have their own authorities.

Any way, Spike was a genius along with Peter Sellers & Harry Secombe in the Goon Show and even if his humour was not understood by everyone it paved the way for others such as the Pythons (life of brian cammeo)

  • @UTD111

That's the point; Sam is actually quite ignorant and aloof.

  • sir leave the stage

  • Everyjoke is great! I love the ending, the heckler, "Anyone can drop their pants!"
