A fun little video in time for October and Halloween :) This army was created with 8th edition in mind and includes: 60 ghouls, 30 Grave Guard, 30 skeletons, 5 Cair Wraiths/Banshees (conversions), 5 Blood Knights (counts-as Dragon Prince models), a Corpse Cart, 2 Varghulfs and a selection of Vampire characters and necromancers.

  • Fancy sharing how you painted the bones on the warriors? The army shot on your website is breathtaking. It must be hard to part with your armies after so much hard work!

  • @sparrox66 thanks! yeah it's not easy but the money helps me fund more hobby purchases :) I actually can't fully recall how I painted these warriors, but I have 60 almost done on my painting desk right now (because of the new VC book etc) and have filmed most of the process. That said, this new batch is more speed-painted for obvious reasons. 60 skeletons is a little draining to paint :)

  • @TheOrangecoke Dude. You've painted at least 50 skeleton warriors and however many graveguard etc. Yet you've forgotten the colour sheme for the bone!?

C'mon. Give the guy a point in the right direction.

  • @saggyrectum I honestly don't - it's all a blur and was months ago, and now that I just finished another big batch it's hard to remember "the other way" I did them (I have what feels like piles of "bone/ivory/white" paints. That said...maybe bleached bone base, wash with devlan, light drybrush of P3 Menoth White Highlite?

  • @TheOrangecoke No way! I wasn't accusing I was incredulous. With talent like this you should be preserving the glory lol. Well done anyway. I commented months ago on this army and I still get drawn back to it :D

  • @saggyrectum hah cool :)
