Dat was in de 1St Fighter Wing geen probleem, bijna elk jaar waren er een paar backseats F-16 voor het grondpersoneel in Corsica. Zelfs vroeger op de F-104 in Belgie. Op 11 juli 1977heb ik een vlucht van 1 hr gehad op F-104. Mach 1 en nadien low level in de Ardennen. Onvergetelijk :-)

The Vulcan guns of these F-16's are armed with 20mm bullets, except for the first one wich is the towship. The gun safety pins are removed when the armed airplanes left the flight line! That's what we call: GROUND SAFETY !!!
