when the titatnic was sinking, the band on the ship continued to play until they went down, and this was the hymn they played. that's why it was in the movie. but it is a hymn first and foremost, and they played it because they knew where they were going to end up, most untimely, at the sinking of their vessel. the same place mother teresa has gone after a very long and successful life. god bless.

Yes, Mother Teresa was a saint among us. Nothing is needed to know that but the heart of a lover who can "see it" and "feel it" and "know it". These are the one's who reap a saint's reward on Earth. Mother Teresa is already hailed so in Heaven, and has been celebrated so for decades past and will be throughout eternity. Thank you Holy Father for you faithful daughter our beloved Teresa. Amen, Amen.

@seaglec Nope, not Titanic. Though it was in the movie, it's really a hymn called "Nearer, my God, to Thee!"
