This movie gets my 5 stars. Nice movie, original twist in the story, nice environment and camera shots, i never got bored throughout the whole movie, don't watch the trailer, go straight to the cinema. Better than alice in wonderland or the chocolate factory.

I think Johnny Depp was promoting The Tourist or The Rum Diary or starting work on Tonto and had to stop and start Dark Shadows a couple of times - and it shows.

These hipsters think there so cool. It's not a comedy. At least that's how I viewed this movie.and the only reason they bag on the 70s it's because they don't know.ps d bags the 90s had nothing cool about it.

What is that chick talking about, Corpse Bride is not an animated version of Edward Scissor Hands, Edward Scissor Hands was more like a twist on a beauty and the beast type of story with a bit of Frankenstein, where the corpse bride was a whole different story about arranged marriage and this guy accidentally becoming married to a dead woman. Totally different stories, and also Edward Scissor Hands had contrast between the pastel suburbs of that town, and the darkness of Edwards solitude.

I think they mentioned that the entire family was cursed, so I wasn't that surprised that she was a werewolf.
