Basicly what he says is that. Make sure your chain isn't too tight so the cranks spin more freely. And you should decide wich side of the pedals do you want to be cathing (or something like that). Then he tells that it helps you to spin the cranks if you move your feet slightly back so that the tip of your shoe is in the edge of the pedal. Then he talks about catching and that you should catch with your frontfoot first. I really suck at sweden but hope that helps a little. Greetings from finland
