Yamaha Raptor 700R Cam Installation Part 1
This is a video of me installing a Hot Cam stage two into my Raptor.
I didnt make this video as a how to video, its just shows the way I did it.
I spent many weeks researching and studying my manual before I took this on. At first I was hesitant to try this but now that Ive done it Im glad that I did it myself.
I guess the main part is keeping your timing right on and keeping all the parts clean.
In the video you will see that I used a Cam kit that helps take out the rocker arm shafts. The kit was purchased from (DL700) from High desert Dyno. I discovered him from http://www.moddedraptor.com
This is the link to order a kit http://www.moddedraptor.com/community/raptor-700-mods/2253-cam-install-kits-t...
Thanks for watching and thanks to everyone that gave me advice.

  • wow man that little chain is the timing chain? do u know where does the 400ex has the timing chain???

  • I'm not sure about the chain on a Honda. If you get a service manual it should tell you everything you need to know.
