UPDATE (Oct 18): Bologna faces an internal disciplinary charge that could cost him 10 vacation days.
Audio from the left channel is from the left video, and similarly for right.
This incident occurred on September 24, 2011 near the corner of 12th St. and University Pl.

The cop who used the pepper spray is widely believed to be Deupty Inspector Anthony Bologna.

@566dave After watching the video frame-by-frame, I still have no idea what you're talking about. Furthermore, I'm annoyed that you refuse to answer basic questions. The leftmost video barely shows the girls. D.I. Bologna delivers two main blasts of pepper spray to the crowd of women. Perhaps you are confused about the source of the first blast; or more likely you are just trolling. I will give you no further attention until you answer point-by-point each question from my penultimate post.

Great work with this video. This is the clearest presentation I've seen of this event yet. It really shows how Sgt. Bologna just barreled up to the women standing there and walked away like a coward.
