IMO Dr. No is, but I see many people prefer goldfiner.

Although I wasn't around at the time as it was 2 decades before I was born
I did however as I've got them both on DVD watched them both one Saturday
Dr No in the afternoon followed by Goldfinger in the evening whilst watching the special features in between and it was a good fun James Bond day for me
seeing Bond battling Goldfinger and Dr No.
Goldfinger: Get ready Mr Bond, Dr No and I are getting another shot at 007 together

Oh boy, do I remember these Bond double features. My friends and I would spend a whole Saturday afternoon at the Royal Theater watching James Bond. Then for the rest of the weekend we would pretend to be 007, fighting the bad guys and saving the world.
