@paulchip2003 yes the rear suspension used to come up through the seat, my Velox did on way back from RAF Locking during NS.....

Wonderful memories. A lot of those backgrounds were familiar to this Edinburgh lad. Broughton and Arthur's Seat especially, but the Forth Bridge was the most obvious!

Fantastic! I love seeing older cars in age related photos and settings. Classic car shows today are great but everything is immaculate. I grew up surrounded by these vehicles and witnessed them from launch to scrapyard so this is just how I remember them. If youtube awarded prizes then this video would surely deserve one. Well done.

R.I.P RUST IN PEACE. Im a 1954 model and my 1st car was a 61 Anglia.
I then, in the late 70s to 1995 had a string of MINI garages and made LOADS doing welding, but now, how often do you see a rusty car, HOW QUEER.
Nostalgia isnt what it used to be.
