Wanted a house that we could park the RV beside.

The reception that we got while visiting really sold us on The Gardens. Made us feel at "home".

It is the friendliest place I [Irene] has ever been.

Tim Wilson, Developer, offered fully customizable house plans. Greg, the general contractor, was very helpful during the construction and we even made a few changes.

Our garage has two entrances, one from the laundry room off of kitchen to load food. The other is off the master bedroom so we can load clothes with ease.

Our garage is 67 feet long and 16 feet wide so we can park RV and towed vehicle. NO WINTERIZING the RV again.

Crossville is extremely friendly. The Cumberland County Playhouse is really fun to go to. This small town has lots of activities.

Cumberland Mountain State park is beautiful and on the edge of town. Tennessee has 53 state parks and they are many only 1 to 2 hours drive from Crossville.
