YouTube for Television Beta Overview

In January 2009, YouTube released their new YouTube for Television Beta Website. It's nothing more than a low-bandwidth version of YouTube, which is supposed to be designed with simplicity in it's mind. The site is currently available through the Nintendo Wii or Sony PlayStation 3 web browser at http://www.youtube.com/tv (you probably won't be able to access it using any other browser). This is just a quick overview of the site as seen in the Wii Opera browser, as of January 16th 2009.

They didn't mention the PSP since it's a handheld, but it would be interesting (and probably more useful a site) if it worked.

It does under Remote Play to the PS3, so TECHNICALLY it works on the PSP, though you'll need a PS3 for it to work.

Guess that kind of ruins the point of getting it to work on the PSP, then. I guess the TV site URL is specified to detect the Wii or PS3 browser specifically.
