@OnlyHereNow ya but you can learn about how not to and learn from mistakes cuz i personally just a year ago used to honestly believe that i was meditating properly but was actually just focusing and sitting with my ego thinking about shit but now i can see how deluded i was

There is no end to that e-volu-shon, because imagination=I - Magi - Nation. And Spirit You All - spiritual. Space and Time Backwards is = emit DNA ecaps.

1:57-3:27 is a very good explanation of how it changes the world, but I think Wilber forgets sometimes that we haven't all directly experienced the cosmos and gaia as thought objects in our own mind.
Truthfully and factually speaking, we are experiencing our own mind. There is no world. All is thoughts within us. If the girl has been meditating for ten years, she probably got this.

Seriously? Shut up the "ME ME ME?"
But it has to finish EVOLVING us into what we already ARE! :)

A bit too heady. Search youtube for Sogyal Rinpoche on meditation. They never answer the woman's question on how can it help you help others. For starters the vast motivation of Compassion that arises after serious practice compels one to act with what HH Dalai Lama calls Right View, Right Action.

i appreciate the work that these people are doing but i would not tell them that if i were there.
i am deeply disturbed by their misconceptions that they are peddling; fundamental un-truths about meditation and spirituality.
thank you for uploading though - even though i disagree i still must know what's going on in the world especially with the rapidly changing paradigms.

Good stuff!
Meditation simply happens when the "meditator" gets out of the way.

This is all intellectual claptrap and noise. It is litereally impossible to learn to meditate.
Stop meditating, and just be quiet instead.
