Get your rant on! that's a quality I can appreciate and it's well-founded. Part of this could lead into the recent scandal about Solyndra. Corruption is bipartisan. It doesn't end or start with the elected politicronies but worsens with the kleptocrats and appointed insiders. I have to wonder what process is used by Transparency International and other organizations that investigate and report corruption, because their criteria must be flawed not to rank ScAmerica as the dubious number one.
