@herschelwalker101 I'm well within my BMI. Have a look at my most recent video to see that I've put on muscle mass, not just with isometrics, no but they make up part of my routine.
Start making videos if you're so knowledgeable smart ass.

Hi Zack, how do i choose the most adecuate exercises for me? What should i take into account? I do exercise from time to time, but it's always the same and i want to start doing 4-6 times a week as i used to do. I'd be happy if you tell me what can i choose and some way to 'calculate' my actual fisical condition in order to know where to start. I'm a bit disoriented. Would you recommend me some books / websites?

I did this in the 80's after reading an article in a martial arts mag. Quite similar to what you're doing but using a towel. the towel allows you to cross your hands and push away, wrap around one hand pull away into a back fist while pushing down. You get the idea. Give it a try.
