@txfreethinker her "opinion" just happened to be haughty, condescending and rude! So I am going to express my opinion that I was offended by her "Holier than thou" attitude. Assuming that because I am agnostic that I am somehow illogical. Whatever.

But mickey four billion folk..two thrids of the worlds population have entrusted their eternal souls to Christ .....That means they believe in Christ his promises his teachings and miracles. If one thinks its irrational to follow Christ ....then how can any Atheist movement persuede rational thought,into irrational minds ... Human beings are irrational .... so you've little chance of wiping the slate clean ...you may as well try to create a silk purse out of a sows ear .!!

Do scientific discoveries and knowledge cause such a scientist to conclude that matter, *unknowing and unperceiving *, is his creator and that of all beings?

No?

Then how can the duped atheists and some of the scientists delude themselve and *believe* that hydrogen and oxygen, electrons and protons, should first produce themselves, then be the source for all other beings, and finally decree the laws that regulate themselves and the rest of the material world?

read the Quran like you read anybook iam not saying believe.just buy acopy and read it and i promise you my friend you would say this is not from humen not only that in quran god challenge all the humen till the last moment to bring like the smallest 'surat" and that is 3 sentences in arabic and yet no one ever can do that and no one will,i know you dont believe it now but read it and see the truth by yourself.

@manword1 You don't understand how atheists think. It's about burden of proof. There is no evidence of a god. Thus there is no reason to believe one exists.

The fact that everything exists is not proof. We don't know how everything got here (yet). Just because we don't know, doesn't mean we can say "God did it". For all I know, there could be a god. But there's no evidence for one to exist. And there certainly isn't evidence for the god of Islam or Judaism.

@EPICsliceOFcake think about it very deep,if you think when you die its that it just look at the land when the rain falls down and see how the plants come to life you would know who made the rain adn plants can bring you back from this land again. iam not trying to hurt your feeling my friend but its the truth trust me.

if you wanna know for real go buy abook called Quran and read it it wont take too much time but i promise you from now you will 100% believe.

@EPICsliceOFcake alright look,if i tell you the laptop iam using no one&nothing made it would you believe? you will say iam crazy,how about the ahumen with body and something called air so he can live and blood does it job and skin to feel & ababy in his mother belly feeds for months with no help. if you say earth is here because rocks and nature who made that so it made us you will keep going on until you will say sure there is creator.

@manword1 That doesn't make any sense. In nature, life length is varied based on conditions. In the early 1800's, the average life span of people in the UK was in the 30's. Today, its' in the 80's. That's because conditions have improved so great.

Why would a god give such different chances? Why did he not give people from the 1800's as long a life as today?

if you believe that nature made and made you talk and with brain to think and made your heart and gave gives you food from its land and water from the sky and the sun away heat and cold you i think not to believe in creator now that is weird.

plus if its true why no humen cant suddenly live forever? why we all have period of time and die? if nature do that how come why no even somehow die? who culclute that time?

alright who made the nature? etc.

(cont. from last post) There may be fewer wars in the short term if we got rid of religion. It would certainly make people more bearable, since we wouldn't have to deal with militant atheists and religious fundamentalists but as long as there are resources, humans will always fight over them. You may say that it's one less thing we can fight over, but with the bad comes the good. There are many people who turn to religion to help them deal with life. Some without it would do bad things.
