i bin doing this since the early 90`s n my fav way to de crease leather sneakers/trainers/pumps/ i find is to wear 2-3-4 inner souls you can get from any shoe shop works a treat n takes longer to crease the leather, plus you can get around 1/4 inch in hight lol.
