i totally agree with equal rights for women. however i must note the lower crime rate when women were at home taking care of the house and family and not in the work place.

also i dont understand why some women hate men and vice versa

men we need women and women they need men.

@Savethepolarbears79 exacly! women were made to be the care providers and nurterers for children and god made women to take care of the children in the home and men are made to be the ones who go to the work force to earn a living and to put food on the table and i dont know why women call us sexist for saying things like it is

How about getting the rich to pay their taxes and keep our jobs in America? Maybe then more people would be able to afford a "family unit". Whenever I hear a femenist say "no, thats not the real femenism, but its actually blah, blah, blah". Reminds me of an islamist saying "no thats not islam" or a communist saying "oh no thats not true communism".

Judge an ideology by its actions, not what the followers say.

Either way doesn't matter. Feminism has wrecked the family unit and has done irreversible damage. So as far as Im concerned it needs to go.

Those steroetypes still extist and can cause harm: Us women are supposed to walk the thin line between virgin and slut and the consequences for falling to one side or the other can have life altering effects. Her bit on STDs is exaggerated ay best. Feminists don't tell anyone how to be sexually (except for safe) but on how they should respnd emotionally...

As for her bit about not wanting a female firefighter: All firefighters have to meet certain physical requirements and pass agilty tests, so no the fire department isn't going to send in a "100 lb. waif". If there is a woman on the team she earned her way by being worthy. And she would not have half the....

@DrNordo I have read a lot of contemporary feminist literature and a lot of things that she is saying about it have nothing to do with it. She states that feminists do not want women to dress feminine: jezebel.com. She talks about how feminists aren't actually fighting for anything of signifgance but neglects issues such as fgm, how rape is treated in the courtroom, equal pay etc. Yeah lets just all go overseas because the problems are all over there! And she acts like feminism...
