Global Glacier Retreat

As global warming raises temperatures glaciers are retreating almost everywhere in the world. This affects the availability of fresh water for irrigation and domestic use, mountain recreation, animals and plants that depend on glacier-melt, and in the longer term, the level of the oceans.
To visualize the whole extent of the retreat during the last decades I have morphed images of these glaciers:

Excellent video, but were the photos taken at the exact time of year as the old photos?

Some are some are not. As the mass of glaciers does not change much due to seasonal effects the exact time of recording would be interesting but of no importance to the trend shown.

Since 1900 to today Of course the glaciers would have moved back. If the temperature of the world goes down just by a few degrees, We could enter an Ice Age. and the worlds been in a constant warm cold cycle according to Geologists. Dont questions Earths histroy, it will kick you in the ass

Why won't you report that only one side of antarctica is breaking, the other side and most of the continent and associated glaciers are actually getting colder and the ice thickening? Why won't you report that mankind only contributes 3% of greenhouse gasses? Why won't you report that carbon dioxide is no more of a pollutant than oxygen? Of course we'd have to look past the fact that the top level of CO2 that is safe for humans is 1000ppm and some people feel light headed in a 600ppm atmosphere.
