He is one of those few performers that sounds better live than on the CD.

It's because when he plays live, it's just his own interests. Producers make him change his songs on the album to make them sound more poppy. When he plays live, it's just him, his band, and his guitar. No synthesized beats, no overexcessive drums. It all blends together to form a great sound.

And I can respect the fact that you may not like his rendition of a song or his music, but insulting him is silly.
