This single actually does exist. I've got a copy of it that I bought at a record store in Hollywood back in the day. It's Bush Baby / Follow Your Heart, catalog # AS1-9622, packaged in the plain blue Arista paper jacket with a hole in the middle to expose the label on the record.
It may be rare, but it has definitely seen the light of day.
