So, while other towns just have vehicle pollution to deal with, Rugby has vehicles AND industrial pollution? Rugby residents are guinea pigs for an urban waste incinerator, it's completely unacceptable to have this in a residential area.

Look at the back of your car on a cold day and you will see a plume of condensation. Do you drive with a clear conscience? The particulates that you mention are very similar to those produced by the average Diesel engined car (and a diesel particulate filter only works after about 10 miles of driving). Do you or your family drive a diesel car? We are all responsinble for the pollution generated by our lifestyle. The new television or kitchen is just as bad, but in someone elses garden.
