Monkey vs. Dog

This is what happens when the age old feud between monkey and dog comes to a head. Filmed in Ecuador.

These are local village dogs with no particular owner. The monkey tribe lives in the park in the center of town. Dog monkey interactions such as these occurred with frequency. Mission leaders told us that when the monkeys get "mad" to simply leave them alone. We were also told that in such a case as this, the dog could handle itself. But they never said we couldn't film it! Enjoy.

If you pay attention, it wasn't the dog's fault. The monkey got scared as it almost fell off the guy's lap....I'm almost conviced that the guy is the one to blame....because the dog was not even bitting the monkey when that happened
