@SenorSupremo I honestly thought the utopia move was fairly obscure, so that was my bad. I'll have a more interesting puzzle up after the hurricane passes over.

Weather you do it or not isn't that important, as that depends on the rest of the gamestate, here he had 0 cards in hand, and you went for game because you could.
