Very cool experiments. Any ideas as to why you might get more lift with a dielectric between the electrodes? I have been doing some experiments with lifters and asymmetrical capacitors in a home made Schlieren setup to see the airflow around and between the electrodes. I have a video on my channel. There is a lot of turbulence created there and I'm wondering is a more effeciant electrode shape would work better. Any thoughts?

    Thanks - Otto Belden

  • @OttoBelden

ThankYou for your job! I'll think about :)

  • How many watts does this suck?

  • @ragonamuffin

It depends on lifter's size. can be 30W

  • Good stuff,хорошее качество видео, работа аккуратная как у немцев! А вы не пробаволи алюминий?

  • Спасибо. Именно алюминиевая фольга и использовалась (самое простое решение).

  • o i found capacitors on ebay 5 dollars for 50 .50v capacitors

  • i have a quesstion if you attach a power genarator can u charge the capacitor and use the lifter at the same time so that you get a constant high voltage

  • hey were can i get capacitors like that many

  • why does the shield produce more thrust?

  • thats fucking cool man!! physics is nice, not that i'm nerd but i like it

    Hail From Brazil !

  • Thanks for the video,,

I was building my own lifter but it didn't work. Now I am going to try to build like in your video.

  • Very nice work and professionally made !

Be very carefull with the charged capacitors !

    They can kill you !

So is this only all ion wind in your experiments or did you also find

    any antigravity effect ?

    Many thanks.

    Regards, Stefan.

  • I saw this on Mythbusters, if I remember correctly the process produces a lot of ozone, which is an incredibly deadly gas.
