    Advice: do them over and over, train your shoulders. build some more muscle, itll become explosive and natural

  • It's known as Parkour. Getting from point A to point B as quickly and efficiently as possible. This is just a video of single techniques, but you have to master single movements before you move onto "flow", or connecting the movements together.
