don't care for the video, the use of colour filters add a touch of artificialness to the otherwise serene settings. I like the poise of the actors and... I could go on about the poise in Lataji's voice. Nothing artificial about that...the notes flow like the waves of a stream, none out of place, none sparkling any less than the diamonds that she wears. This was released in 1974, in the ensuing period of 38 years every attempt at reproduction of this gem has sounded like a cheap imitation...

Growing up as a kid in India in the 60's lataji was my mom and dads favorite singer, i did not have the maturity at that time to appreciate her heavenly voice. Now in the States whenever i listen to a song by lataji it touches my heart and reminds me of my childhood and beautiful India[ my motherland]. lataji has such a divine voice that just touches the heart and just transports you to a different world
