beautiful video.ive seen it takeoff from east midlands airport but the landing is much better, you get more time to look at its wheels because it comes over slower and the snow matches the colour of the plane, again nice video thx for uploading. btw do you know when this antonov comes into east midlands? i want to see it land with my dad :)

@Railfreight37 it is, i love it when i go, its almost like looking civilised looking round the aeropark then as soon as i hear an aircraft im leggin it for the gates :P

bloody hell u must of been freezing, anyway i stand there whenever planes r landing on 09 but i have never seen a antanov when did u see it

at west end of the runway on the main road just round from the aeropark. Parked up on a small service road to a field. planes normaly land and take off from the other direction.

didn't! had some spare time and thought i would see if i could take some good snow shots was there about half an hour and this came along first time i've seen it in flight!

B****** freeezing! but really lucky to be there when the Antonov was landing! worth standing around in the freezing cold for a hour though!
