http://lofi.tv - Ben Frost records "Leo Needs A New Pair of Shoes" live at the Greenhouse Studios in Iceland. What was meant to be just a run through for the Iceland Airwaves Podcast ended up becoming the track that now appears on Ben's By The Throat album but was back in October 2008 a new track from his untitled, unfinished and difficult record which was "as yet to be ready in any shape, form, or manner".

Joining Ben are Valgeir Sigurðsson, Sam Amidon and Sigríður Sunna Reynisdóttir.

Shot and edited by Stuart Rogers. Recorded and ruffly mixed by Sturla Mio Thorisson at Greenhouse Studios on October 14, 2008.
