@madmax797 You know, hinduism is saying that Amma's the human incarnation of the Divine Mother, an Indian god. But you think what you want. I visit her once a year because I'm just happy to do it. I just thing that she's a good woman. It's like she was saying "I believe in love, so you can believe in it". She's spreading a message. Then everyone thinks what he wants, does it changes anything ? A god, a saint, a human... She's the same woman.

@madmax797 If you bow to a human being, then expect to be disappointed. Amma doesn't require obedience-- or anything else for that matter-- from anyone. You can listen to what She says, or not. You can be kind and loving and help the poor and needy, or not. She will still accept you. World hunger can't be solved because 3% of the people control 97% of the wealth, and they don't intend to share. But instead of lamenting over the darkness, try to be a light in the world in your own right.

It's funny, because stuff like that used to really make me mad, but the more my life is totally absorbed by Her, working for Her and so on, the less I care about things like that. Dogs bark; it's what they do. We all act in accordance to our inner nature.
