That's so sad and tragic. My parents are homophobes (neither of them like Ellen) and even they don't believe in murdering someone because they're gay. It's the people who spread hate (as supposed Christians) that lead to the murder of gay people like this kid. He chose to be gay, let him be, love and respect him anyway, as God told us to. Brandon killed the kid, he's no better than Larry...

When lives in anger, fear, and ignorance surely nothing but sadness will follow.
This child's family will forever be stained by the tragedy that fell upon him.
And the murder's family will forever face hatred from others. These actions are not justified and they should never have happened. Live you life in love for it brings the greatest joy.

@RImusclebear I agree. As a Christian, I am appalled at the treatment of the gay community within my own faith. Not all of us are hateful, and believe that God hates any certain group of people. Being open and accepting is what I feel God would want out of His followers... There's something to be said about loving one another. Too bad that part of the Bible gets skipped over more often than it should!

I'm Christians but I have gay friends I'm nobody to judge anybody RImusclebear they don't teach us to hate gay people! My BFF is lesbian and yet I don't have a problem with her I see here like everybody so please don't say that they teach us to hate gay people that's not true!
