  • I nearly screamed like a girl at work when I saw this commercial. OMG, I so remember these cars. I grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio and I remember the Kenner Toy Company when it was located downtown. It has the coolest artwork on the side of the building. Thanks a million for this one!

  • I had the green dragster type. I remember seeing the commercials and really wanting one. And somehow, my parents got it for me. We had a driveway that was at like a 45 degree angle, so we got lots of speed. I think sunny days, bright concrete driveway, and winding them up with the rigid pullcord with the teeth. Man, those commercials would stick with you and your friends and it became the reason for your day. Am I gonna get it? How can we all get our parents to buy us one? It seemed so important

  • My brother had BlackJack....I had the twin red one - help with the name? Sooo much fun - almost as great as the Evil Knieval toys!

  • @julian23631 SSP=Super Sonic Power

  • I remember these, but what did SSP stand for?

  • Oh man. Blast from the past. I had one of these as a kid, and used to build ramps with books.

  • loved my Blackjack....

  • @gamecheater11 Its cause the current decade has no creativity or originality and thus no style of its own so it has to steal styles from other decades.

  • Kids get the shaft from safety regulations today....these things were RAD. getting a bruise in the ankle or hit in the face and not crying earned serious respect on the playground.

  • coolest toys I've ever seen from 70's

  • @stucat06: Man, I would have been in heaven if were friends as a kid. Indeed, those were some good times!
