Also after watching all the vids and posts I have yet to see when The Order has sent assasins there were rouge shadows and Watchers dont hunt down people they watch and protect trait positive subjects. The guy who killed maddy is probably some one who is not connected to The Order or he's a new kind of member who is expendable sort of like a one time use killer who has no memories.
