With a 2 minute limit, were there any pentalties given? How much did they take off?
I'm just really curious, as this clocks in at just under 3...I'm also just curious becuase I know that the rule exists, but do they actually time it?

The max. time limit for solos at DCA is 3 minutes so all is good.
In '07 they were timing the solos but haven't always done so in the past.
