The Slants Eastern Europe tour Pt.1: Sarajevo, Bosnia - Military Police Shut Down the Show

The Slants spent the Winter Holidays of 2011/2012 performing for the troops serving overseas at Camp Butmir (Sarajevo, Bosnia), Camp Bondsteel (Pristina, Kosovo), and in Film City, Kosovo.

The first video has footage of the band exploring the streets of Sarajevo, performing at the venue on base (The Millenium Bar), and having the show shut down by the NATO Military Police. There are some great eats, b-boy street dancing, open markets, a "Doctor Who" like fez, and footage of the beautiful city.

ABOUT THE SLANTS:

The Slants are the only all-Asian American dance rock band in the world.

Kicking off the band's career at a tiny dive bar in Portland, OR, The Slants soon found themselves on tour and in demand worldwide performing at music halls, colleges, and anime conventions.
