@SurfGreenTelecaster I wound up only picking on of these up. I inherited a malfunctioning Hammond A-111 that I poached the Dutch Phillips 12AX7's out of and put into the G40V. Good improvement. Next on the list is replacing the Poweramp Tubes with some JJs. I want to replace the Speaker as well so thanks for the suggestion. As far as a bass amp goes,...I decided I'll just pick up a bass cab from Avatar (single 12 probably). Great little amp for guitar though.

Sounds good with that Fuzz. I'm currently toying with the idea of picking up two G40Vs on the cheap and turning one into a bass amp for home use by replacing the guitar voiced speaker with a bass voiced speaker; calling it a "BG40V" and leaving the other one stock for guitar use.

@divehater Nice! That could work out really well. Your best bet might be to run it through a bass cab, since the 10" might not have enough bottom end for bass. For guitar I now have a Celestion G10 Vintage in this amp - huge improvement!
