Premise: Basically, it's canon; it follows the story of how they met and how they got to where they are now.

Melanie meets Nathan, develops feelings for him, yet still acts on her attraction to Philip. Nathan breaks up with her, Melanie is heartbroken and finds Nathan seemingly "with" Stephanie, thus influencing her to 'rekindle' those feelings with Philip, etc.

It's pretty self-explanatory, I think. If not, just ask.

The only thing different is the ending. As anyone who watches the show knows, Melanie ends up marrying Philip (though not without doubts, because her feelings for Nathan run deeper than she would ever admit). In this vid, I wanted to show Nathan realizing how much he does love Melanie and stopping the wedding, prompting me to leave it semi open-ended.

On a vidding note, I'm not completely happy with the ending (the clips don't match the beat as well as I'd like) but I was on a deadline and I'd been working on this vid for two days straight so...not-so-perfect editing will have to do.

I actually never got to see Mickey/Maggie together in their prime (as I started watching the show in about 1993/1994 or something) but from what I did see of them together, I loved!!! And Mate are TOTALLY endgame, I am sure of it. Philip is not who she is meant to be with and vice versa.
