  • This meeting that fielding attended

was created by the republican who are just like the liberals in this country they are all skeptics.

The question that has to be asked is why did the republicans and the liberals in australia edit block or change the papers of scientists that the people pay for with their tax dollars.

John Howards attack on the csiro is proof they were playing a cover up game .

    Question is why.

  • a. Wouldn't it be tied in with trading bloc obligations as we prepare, whether we like it or not, to join either APEC or Doha (whatever the latest is)? Interesting article in the Australian, January 17, 2007 "Call to push for US in Asia trade bloc". Worth a read.

Any idea about these concentration-type camps in the US, what they're intended for? E.g. if the ordinary citizenry oppose NAFTA, they're corralled in there for dissent till they're either 'rehabilitated' and accept the ...

  • b). 'new world order', or suddenly they become reluctant organ donors as we're witnessing is happening in China, particularly to Falun Gong members? Why hasn't Four Corners or Sixty Minutes covered this? Instead we get the latest on Brad Pitt's marital woes, or the 'amazing story of survival concerning a young Pom who went on a pub crawl and instead got lost in the Blue Mountains for 3 weeks'. Must say this latter story got me in.

  • So much for what people who know a little about science think.

    Imagine this scenario:

An athlete uses a huge staircase in a multi story building for exercise.

He does a series of random jumps on each step and then goes up a step, does some more jumps, goes up another step, and so on. The height of some of his jumps is more than the height of one step. If you take instantaneous measurements of his altitude, you can find two figures that indicate he is going down. Look at the graphs again & think.

  • Fielding also believes the Earth is just a few thousand years old, and that living things don't evolve. Thankfully he didn't get re-elected and the Australian parliament will be rid of this idiot when his term expires next June.

  • "I do know a little about science" - he got that right.

"It's not getting warmer" - ooops.

  • He says over the last 6 or 7 years at least its 'not being getting any warmer'. well yes maybe, but this doesnt matter, you have to look at longer time range to see the temperature increase, a period of 6 or 7 years is simply not enough time to see a pattern. this is propaganda. A TINY % of scientists are sceptical about climate change, the media simply makes it sound like a bigger % to sell stories on exciting 'debate'. GLOBAL WARMING IS HAPPENING. NOW. TODAY

  • Sulphates and sulpher dioxide is a biproduct of burning dirty coal, and is what creates "smog".

Sulphates actually cool the atmosphere, go figure.

  • He is so eager because he is a brown-noser, trying to wiggle into the favors of giants like USA/China, who support it.

Fight against the climate religion and climate astrologists.

  • how is capitalism good for our ecology? anyone?

  • Our current use of fossil fuels is not perfect combustion or even efficiency above 50%. And even if it was, my proposal to "use less energy and better" stands anyway.

  • Driven by our sun, exactly, so why is Rudd so keen to sign Copenhagen Treaty without first informing 'we the people'

  • The rate of warming is natural.
